Service Description
Consultation: Enjoy a leisurely 1-hour consultation provided via phone, video call, or in-person meeting to discuss your vision, preferences, and goals for the session in detail. This extended consultation allows us to fully understand your unique style and requirements, ensuring a personalized and tailored photography experience. Outfits/Looks: Showcase up to six different outfits and styles throughout the session, allowing for maximum versatility and expression. Locations: Choose up to three unique locations for your shoot, providing a diverse range of backdrops and atmospheres to complement your desired aesthetic. Shooting Experience: Immerse yourself in an extended 3-hour photography session, allowing ample time for creative exploration, experimentation, and relaxation in front of the camera. Lunch and Beverages: Indulge in a delicious lunch and refreshing beverages provided during a break in the session. This offers a chance to recharge and enjoy a moment of relaxation amidst the excitement of the shoot. Edited Images: Receive a curated selection of 12 professionally edited images, meticulously retouched to perfection while preserving the natural beauty and authenticity of each moment captured. Additional Edits: Customize your final images with the option to request additional edits at a rate of $10 per image, ensuring that every detail meets your exact specifications. Turnaround Time: Expect a swift turnaround time of 7-10 days for delivery of your edited photographs, allowing you to relive and share your cherished memories without delay.
Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment 1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your final balance. 1.2. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session. Late payments may result in cancellation. 1.3. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a signed contract. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling 2.1. Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee. 2.2. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours require 50% payment. 2.3. Kwari England Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies or weather. 3. Client Responsibilities 3.1. Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session time. 3.2. Clients must secure any required location permits. 3.3. Clients should communicate specific requests before the session. 4. Image Delivery and Usage 4.1. Proofs are delivered within 14 days; final images within 4 weeks. 4.2. High-resolution digital images are provided; additional products available for purchase. 4.3. Kwari England Photography retains image copyright for promotional use unless the client opts out in writing. 5. Liability 5.1. Kwari England Photography is not responsible for unforeseen issues, including equipment failure or dissatisfaction with personal appearance. 5.2. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided. 6. Model Release and Privacy 6.1. Clients grant permission for promotional use of images unless they opt out in writing. 6.2. Client information is confidential and not shared without consent. 7. Force Majeure and Governing Law 7.1. Neither party is liable for events beyond control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions. 7.2. These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State] and disputes will be handled in its courts. 8. Agreement 8.1. Booking a session confirms client agreement to these terms.
