Service Description
10-Minute Consultation: We offer a quick yet comprehensive 10-minute consultation via phone or text message to ensure we understand your preferences and goals for the session. While brief, this consultation allows us to align our vision with yours and plan for a successful shoot. (4) Outfits/4 Looks: Elevate your session with the option to showcase four different outfits, allowing for a diverse range of styles and expressions. Whether you're aiming for casual chic, formal elegance, or anything in between, we'll work with you to coordinate outfits that reflect your personality and vision. 2 Locations: Enhance the variety and depth of your photographs with the option to shoot in two distinct locations. Whether you desire the natural beauty of an outdoor setting, the urban charm of a cityscape, or the intimate ambiance of an indoor studio, we'll choose locations that complement your desired aesthetic and enhance the storytelling aspect of your images. 2 Hours of Shooting Experience: Immerse yourself in a comprehensive 2-hour photography session, allowing ample time to explore different poses, angles, and settings. Our extended shooting experience ensures that we capture a wide range of images, each imbued with emotion, authenticity, and artistic flair. 8 Edited Images: Following the session, we'll meticulously select and edit eight of the best images to deliver exceptional final results. Our editing process is designed to enhance the beauty of each photograph while preserving its natural authenticity and character. Additional Edits: Should you desire further edits beyond the initial eight images, we offer additional editing services at a rate of $15 per image. This ensures that you have the flexibility to refine and perfect your favorite shots to meet your exact specifications. Turnaround Time: We understand the anticipation of receiving your final images, which is why we strive to deliver them to you promptly. With a turnaround time tailored to meet your needs, you can expect to receive your edited photographs within a timeframe that ensures you can share and cherish them without delay. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment 1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your final balance. 1.2. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session. Late payments may result in cancellation. 1.3. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a signed contract. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling 2.1. Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee. 2.2. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours require 50% payment. 2.3. Kwari England Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies or weather. 3. Client Responsibilities 3.1. Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session time. 3.2. Clients must secure any required location permits. 3.3. Clients should communicate specific requests before the session. 4. Image Delivery and Usage 4.1. Proofs are delivered within 14 days; final images within 4 weeks. 4.2. High-resolution digital images are provided; additional products available for purchase. 4.3. Kwari England Photography retains image copyright for promotional use unless the client opts out in writing. 5. Liability 5.1. Kwari England Photography is not responsible for unforeseen issues, including equipment failure or dissatisfaction with personal appearance. 5.2. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided. 6. Model Release and Privacy 6.1. Clients grant permission for promotional use of images unless they opt out in writing. 6.2. Client information is confidential and not shared without consent. 7. Force Majeure and Governing Law 7.1. Neither party is liable for events beyond control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions. 7.2. These terms are governed by the laws of [Your State] and disputes will be handled in its courts. 8. Agreement 8.1. Booking a session confirms client agreement to these terms.
