Outfits/Looks: Embrace your style with the option to showcase up to eight different outfits and looks throughout the session, allowing for unparalleled creativity and self-expression. Locations: Select up to four distinct locations for your shoot, providing a rich tapestry of settings and backdrops to tell your unique story with depth and diversity. Shooting Experience: Immerse yourself in a luxurious 4-hour photography session, offering ample time for relaxation, creativity, and genuine connection as we capture your most precious moments. Lunch and Beverages: Delight in a delectable lunch and a selection of beverages provided during a break in the session. This adds an extra touch of luxury and comfort to your photography experience. Edited Images: Receive a generous selection of 16 professionally edited images, each meticulously crafted to perfection to ensure they reflect your individuality and resonate with emotion. Additional Edits: Customize your final images with the option to request additional edits at a discounted rate of $8 per image, ensuring that every detail is tailored to your exact preferences. Turnaround Time: Experience a swift and seamless turnaround time of 5-7 days for delivery of your edited photographs, allowing you to savor and share your timeless memories with loved ones without delay. With the extended consultation time and the addition of lunch and beverages, both the Platinum and Diamond Sessions offer a truly indulgent and personalized photography experience. Cancellation Policy
1. Booking and Payment 1.1. A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure your booking and will be applied toward your final balance. 1.2. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the session. Late payments may result in cancellation. 1.3. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of the deposit and a signed contract. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling 2.1. Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours’ notice. Additional rescheduling may incur a fee. 2.2. Cancellations result in forfeiture of the deposit. Cancellations within 48 hours require 50% payment. 2.3. Kwari England Photography reserves the right to reschedule due to emergencies or weather. 3. Client Responsibilities 3.1. Clients must arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session time. 3.2. Clients must secure any required location permits. 3.3. Clients should communicate specific requests before the session. 4. Image Delivery and Usage 4.1. Proofs are delivered within 14 days; final images within 4 weeks. 4.2. High-resolution digital images are provided; additional products available for purchase. 4.3. Kwari England Photography retains image copyright for promotional use unless the client opts out in writing. 5. Liability 5.1. Kwari England Photography is not responsible for unforeseen issues, including equipment failure or dissatisfaction with personal appearance. 5.2. Liability is limited to the value of the services provided. 6. Model Release and Privacy 6.1. Clients grant permission for promotional use of images unless they opt out in writing. 6.2. Client information is confidential and not shared without consent. 7. Force Majeure and Governing Law 7.1. Neither party is liable for events beyond control, such as natural disasters or government restrictions. 7.2.
